Timeless, early edition Bauhaus Model SS33 cantilevered armchair by Anton Lorenz for Thonet, circa 1930, in tubular chrome-plated steel. Lorenz, a frequent collaborator of Marcel Breuer’s, was a design pioneer and the co-inventor, with Ludwig Mies van der Rohe and Mart Stam, of the cantilevered chair. This very comfortable piece is the original 1930’s model, not one of the later reproductions.

The chair is shown with its original leather, but has been newly reupholstered in velvet. Please contact us for updated photos.
